Time-Based: Participatory
Campus Wisdom (2014)
Materials: online blog, business cards, flyers, foam core, inkjet on vinyl
Above is a screen shot of the online blog, Campus Wisdom. Participants were invited to submit personal narratives of their college experience, with the hope of imparting their knowledge or wisdom to the reader. This project was part of my artist in residence located at CSU Channel Islands in the Spring of 2014.
An accompanied installation consisting of large-scale QR codes printed on vinyl banners were installed above the reading room in the Broome Library on the campus. These QR codes, when captured on a smartphone, directed the participant to the Campus Wisdom web blog.
